Christmas 2007 was a significant holiday for us for many reasons. There were so many "firsts". With it being such a long drive to Atlanta from Raleigh, we decided not to make the drive since we went all the way to Alabama for Thanksgiving. So, not only was it our first Christmas in Raleigh, but it was also the first time we celebrated without our extended family.
Our first Christmas in our new house.
Logan's first Christmas!
Me and my little Princess!
My handsome boy!!!

When Lexy woke up on Christmas morning she got dressed and went straight downstairs to see if Santa had come. He had, of course, and she got right to the presents to see if she had gotten what she asked him for.

When she had opened them all, we asked her if she had gotten everything she asked for and then prompted her to recount all the things that
were on her list. Her little face dropped when she got to the last and largest thing she
wanted, the one she had wanted the most... a trampoline. So we suggested that maybe it was just too big to put under the tree, maybe, just maybe it was outside. So we put on jackets and shoes and walked out the front door, but no trampoline. Then we walked around the back of the house, and I've never heard her scream the way she did when she saw that trampoline sitting there! She
squealed and jumped up and down. It was the highlight of our Christmas!

Angel and Lexy breaking it in! Trampolines really bring out the kid in you.

Me and Lexy played for a long time. I laughed so hard my face hurt!

Cute posts! It's a good thing you weren't in Atlanta because Santa would have had a hard time delivering that Trampoline. Looks like fun. You have adorable kids!
